About Me
Justina Kaledaite specialises in dispute resolution, corporate and commercial law and tax law.
Prior to founding the law firm, Justina worked for a Lithuanian group of companies, where her responsibilities included project and internal process management. Justina has represented companies in international disputes under the SCC and Vilnius Commercial Arbitration Rules, as well as in negotiating agreements with the tax authorities, in cases when the total amount of tax savings has exceeded more than 10 million euros.
